Beware of Free web hosting either they provide you a sub-domain or a shared hosting with dynamic IP’s

The problem shared dynamic IP’s are your content is always switching between different IP’s also

there are chances that the other share websites on your IP’s may be using bad or restricted items or like porn stuff .This will harm your websites page rank and other important aspects.

so I recommend you to use static IP’s and good relaible hosting.

This is a suggestion if you are very serious about your website and willing to earn a good advertising revenue.

Moving your website to a new domain may have an impact on its ranking if not done properly—definitively.

That’s the reason why Google has released the guide called "Moving Your Site" available at http://www.google.com/webmasters/docs/search-engine-optimization-starter-guide.pdf to help webmasters retain their site ranking in Google’s search results and avoid 404 errors (File Not Found) when users click on links leading them to their site.

This guide is the complement of the tool provided by Google to help webmasters move their site. You can find it at Google Webmaster Tools > Site Configuration > Change of Address

In a nutshell:

* Move your site first, then launch your redesign, if any—not the other way around.
* Use 301 redirects to permanently redirect all pages on old site to new site.
* Check both external and internal links to pages on your site.
* Retain control of your old site domain for at least 6 months.
* Use the "Change of Address" tool in Google Webmaster Tools to notify Google.
* Add your new site to your Google Webmaster Tools account.
* Create a URL sitemap on your new site, and submit it to Google Webmaster Tools.
* Give few days or weeks for search engines to crawl your old and new sites.
* Check crawl errors in GWMT for both your old and new sites, and fix 404 errors.
* Check how many URLs in your Sitemap search engines have crawled and indexed.

This process above is related to Google, so do the same with other search engines—e.g., Yahoo, Bing, Ask—that provide same kind of webmaster tools to achieve the same results.

one time lifetime payment?????????/, i don’t think there is such a thing like that ,I heard about 5$per year hosting company , but never heard about such one lifetime payment hosting company

anyway you may search the web for such a hosting , but i think you won’t find such a company .
